Here we are at another week of my Sunday Sleep in – where I publish a weekly post that summarises some of my favourite things for the week.
A lot of the picks will focus on blogs and articles I’ve read, but I will include businesses and products I’ve found as well. I’ve started with a few categories but as time goes on perhaps I will add to them – we will see! If you have categories you would like me to include please let me know.
Here we go….
The Sunday Sleep in – the best of the week!
Articulating aspirations – somehow Kelly at A Life Less Frantic is always in my head…how does she do that?
Last Night I Cried my Eyes out – this article by Luke provides more evidence about the dangers of eating sugar and a great program he is starting.
Not So Sexy: Hidden Chemicals In Perfume And Cologne – I also liked this article (sorry once again from Foodmatters!), just another example of how often we have no idea what we are ingesting.
The Disease of Being Busy – yet another post on how busy we are. It is long, so you might not want to read it all..but I like the general theme of it!
Just Cause I Like it
Lavender Playdough – this may seem like a random post – but the playdough in our house is in a very sad state, so this is timely for me! Lots of play = mixing of colours = poo coloured playdough. Moving on…
An Oldie but a Goodie
Letter to Lacey – Four Years Old – Chantelle at Fat Mum Slim has been writing letters to her daughters at various stages during their lives…I just LOVE this idea and have done a couple myself…well for Miss H, not Miss M so I must get onto that!
Strange places people have met – another funny one from Em at Have a Laugh on Me.
5 Things You Can Do to Immediately Improve Your Happiness in Life – I really need to work on number 1 here (being present in the moment)….
Missed it Last Week so mentioning it now
The Sport of Parenthood…Adulthood…Life –I really enjoyed this post from Sasha at From The Left Field!
Business/Product I think you will love (or at least like a lot)
Words with Heart – so technically I have found this before this week…but I keep seeing their cute stationary popping up in my news feed and wanted to mention it!
How did I go? Do you have any favourite posts I missed?
