I love finding and trying new recipes, but there is just SO much good stuff out there. It’s hard to know where to start! So I had an idea to help me…err and you…welcome to the “Real Food Round Up” – where I pick the recipe highlights I have found from the last week and save them for you.
So what are the rules? Firstly they will be dishes I’d cook – so low fructose, no gluten and generally full of goodness (if one with higher fructose or gluten creeps in I will let you know!). Secondly, I will pick a breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack or dessert I have seen over the last week (I’m not going to set specifics about when they have been posted…just when I have found them will do!) and I feature them here. You then have a day’s meal plan set out for you – easy!

Lunch: Warm Roasted Pumpkin & Apple Salad from The Healthy Chef (note as I follow a low fructose diet I would use fewer apples in the salad and not make the dressing)
