I thought it might be useful to list some of the products I purchase, to hopefully give you some suggestions of things to try and brands to look for. Not all of the items are on my “regular” shopping list, but are things I might buy occasionally if I needed to.
This is definitely not an exhaustive list, but something I will hopefully add to and am happy to add your suggestions as well!
Raw C Coconut Water
Pureharvest Organic Almond Milk (I like to keep one on hand in case I haven’t made any, this is one of the few brands I will buy)
The Prospect Project Schmuesli Muesli

Melrose Organic Apple Cider Vinegar OR Macro Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (note – this must be unfiltered and unpasteurised so it still has the “mother”, otherwise you don’t get the benefits)

Snack Foods – Store Brought
Mary’s Gone Crackers (seed crackers – about the only crackers I will buy, super yum and no nasties, except they do have rice flour which is alleged to have high levels of arsenic)
Fine Fettle – Flats (Zucchini & Almond) (only 5.7% sugar and top 3 ingredients are zucchini (68%), almonds (16%), linseed – however quite expensive for a very small packet!
Snack Foods – Packet Mixes prepared yourself
Ezy Superfood Balls – Orange and Cacao (a packet mix for bliss balls where you just add the wet ingredients. Does have goji berries so not fructose free, but fairly low. I would always make my own, I brought to test for the blog! But good if you’re not used to making these sorts of things)
Pureharvest Organic Rice Malt Syrup
