To continue on my recipe creation streak (in the last few weeks I have revealed a few beauties…well in my opinion!) I have another chocolate recipe for you.
Best of all this DELICIOUS coconut cream mousse is added sweetener free, gluten free, dairy free, nut free, only has three ingredients and takes five minutes to make – sounds perfect to me!
- 1 frozen banana – must be frozen, this gives it a nice texture
- 1 chilled 270ml can of coconut cream – again must be chilled!
- 10g cacao
- Add all ingredients into Thermomix bowl. Process together on spd 4 for 20 to 30 seconds, until it’s all combined and has a smooth texture.
- Now eat it!
As I mentioned above, using frozen banana and chilled coconut cream gives the mousse its rich texture and flavour.
Add some peppermint or wild orange essential oils (must be food grade!) for something different.
